Power lifting….Strength Endurance….Well, we call it BOOST. We have a 5 classes on Thursdays that is dedicated this AMAZING class. It’s a class where we use power to lift, a class where we lift and BURN so many calories…a class where you give all you have every single time that BOOSTS your mood and your endurance!



Power moves we do in BOOST is moving a heavy object with speed. The ability to exert force in the shortest amount of time. It literally is the most exhilarating, butt-breaking, and sure-way to burn and build your body. Guaranteed.

Greatest part about this class format that is adjusted to all levels of fitness. We modify and we challenge everyone who comes in with motivation to crush your goals. Promise!
