Family owned and operated, B3 is striving to help the Orlando community feel healthier and happier. With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Jamie knew she wanted to break the traditional mold of gyms focusing on looks rather than optimal health. B3 was founded on the principles that you can have it all. You can enjoy good food and love your body. You can be a pro athlete or have never stepped foot in a gym. We support you wherever you are on your fitness journey and believe true transformation comes when you step out of your comfort zone. 

Mom of three, Jamie strives to live a life that is healthy and happy. Jamie believes that health isn't just about working out, it's about having balance in all that you do. With over 20 years in the fitness industry, she specializes in nutrition, personal training, and group fitness!

When Ryan isn't at home with his family or in the gym working out, he's at the station as a full-time firefighter. Ryan has a heart of gold and knows how to make anyone feel comfortable in the gym whether it's their first time or not. B3 would not be possible without his help and determination!

Yogi, Health Guru, and Coffee Lover, Madi shows up with passion and positivity when she teaches. Madi specializes in overall health and wellness with a focus on body positivity, mindset, and intuitive living. She works to make healthy living accessible and attainable!

Strength Coach, Adrenaline Junkie, and Fitness Enthusiast, Chris knows how to push you to go beyond your goals. Chris specializes in strength and personal training. He knows how to get you moving through his encouragement and passion. You'll ditch the self-doubt in his class!

Mobility and Functional Training Coach, Shelly excels when it comes to proper body mechanics and movement. She is a full-time coach and personal trainer that can help you repair any aches and pains your body is holding on to. Shelly is the TRX and Battle Rope queen!

Health Coach and Personal Trainer, Norma is sure to make class functional and fun. She is studying to become a Functional Medicine Practitioner while building her health and wellness business. Norma can help you feel your best inside and outside of the gym!

What levels do you work with?

All levels! We may have Bootcamp attached to our name but don't let that scare you. Bootcamp just stands for basic training and we focus on your needs and challenges as an individual no matter what level you are.

You must be at least 14 years old to partake in group fitness classes. 

Are there any contracts or sign up fees? 

Absolutely not! Your commitment to your fitness journey is yours. We are here to help you on this path but there are no hidden costs to join nor if you choose to end your membership with us.

Are your trainers certified?

We can guarantee you that when you walk through our doors, you are greeted by certified personal trainers and instructors who take their fitness education very seriously in order to offer you the best knowledge in your fitness journey.

What do I need to bring with me to my first class?

Good cross-training sneakers and a great attitude! Leave the rest to us. We offer water, towels, clean mats and all the equipment necessary in order to have a great workout!

Do you have offer consultations?

We value getting to know you one-on-one. If you have questions prior to joining us, we love the opportunity to sit with you and go over all your questions. Once you become a member, we offer a free 30-minutes assessment that gives us insight on you and your specific needs! We will then help you create a workout plan that will help you reach your goals!

My favorite kind of workout is the kind we do at B3 Bootcamp. I love the class environment and the fact that we cover so much in a 45 min workout. When I go to a regular gym it takes me an hour and a half to cover 2 body parts not including cardio. At B3, we do it all from cardio to strength to endurance, etc. These days I don't have an hour and a half to 2 hours in the gym time is precious.

Joining B3 was the best thing I have done for myself. Being a dad of three kids, it's difficult to find motivation and time to exercise.
