With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Jamie knew she wanted to break the traditional mold of gyms focusing on looks rather than optimal health. B3 was founded on the principle that you can have it all. You can enjoy good food and love your body. You can be a pro athlete or have never stepped foot in a gym. We support you wherever you are on your fitness journey and believe true transformation comes when you step out of your comfort zone.

B3 Bootcamp was created to make healthy living accessible for all bodies, no matter the shape or size.  With hour-long classes, personal training, and wellness programs in place, we offer something, for everyone. We are more than just a place to work out. We are a community that will support you, cheer you on, and continuously help you overcome the roadblocks in your life.

Debbie Pace

With extensive knowledge and background in weightlifting, Aaryn loves partaking in obstacle races and used to compete in weightlifting competitions. She is your go-to girl when it comes to function and form with the barbell!

Madeline Howe, CYT, MS, CHES

Yogi, Health Guru, and Coffee Lover, Madi shows up with passion and positivity when she teaches. Madi specializes in overall health and wellness with a focus on body positivity, mindset, and intuitive living. She works to make healthy living accessible, inclusive, and attainable. 

Ryan Pierson, CPT, Owner

When Ryan isn't at home with his family or in the gym, he's at the station as a full-time firefighter. Ryan has a heart of gold and knows how to make anyone feel comfortable in the gym whether it's their first time or not. B3 would not be possible without his help and determination.

Jamie Hyman, CPT, SNS, Owner

Mom of three, Jamie strives to live a life that is healthy and happy. Jamie believes that health isn't just about working out, it's about having balance in all that you do. With over 25 years in the fitness industry, she specializes in nutrition, personal training, and group fitness!




My favorite kind of workout is the kind we do at B3 Bootcamp. I love the class environment. When I go to a regular gym it takes me an hour and a half to cover 2 body parts, not including cardio. At B3, we do it all from cardio to strength to endurance, etc. These days I don't have an hour and a half to 2 hours in the gym time is precious.

From the first time I stepped into the gym I loved the coaches, workouts & vibe. Workouts are tough but modifiable, everyone is friendly & coaches are knowledgeable & always willing to help you find the best modification. I’ve done CrossFit, yoga, HIIT classes & running in the past, but B3 is such a good combination of them all!

Our values

All levels! We may have Bootcamp attached to our name but don't let that scare you. Bootcamp just stands for basic training and we focus on your needs and challenges as an individual no matter what level you are.

You must be at least 14 years old to partake in group fitness classes. 

What levels do you work with?

Absolutely not! Your commitment to your fitness journey is yours. We are here to help you on this path but there are no hidden costs to join nor if you choose to end your membership with us.

Are there any contracts or sign up fees? 

We can guarantee you that when you walk through our doors, you are greeted by certified personal trainers and instructors who take their fitness education very seriously in order to offer you the best knowledge in your fitness journey.

Are your trainers certified?

Good cross-training sneakers and a great attitude! Leave the rest to us. We offer water, towels, clean mats, and all the equipment necessary in order to have a great workout!

What do I need for my first class?

We value getting to know you one-on-one. If you have questions prior to joining us, we love the opportunity to sit with you and go over all your questions. Once you become a member, we offer a free 30-minutes assessment that gives us insight on you and your specific needs! We will then help you create a workout plan that will help you reach your goals!
