How it works
Join us every Thursday and Saturday for training
Show up and compete
Levels will be broken up into three divisions; Elite, Open, and Novice.
Novice is available for any competitor that requires a modification for ANY exercise. If you need to modify one or all zones, you will be in the Novice Division.
Elite and Open Divisions are selected by coaches based off of their Benchmarks.
How are the divisions determined?
To challenge yourself and to see what you're capable of! The B3 Games are to put your fitness abilities to the test and to have fun with your B3 family! We will be training up until the Games, giving you the opportunity to grow in strength and endurance.
What's the point?
We will be having training sessions every Thursday and Saturday until the Games! Come to any class on these days to partake in training sessions and workouts that will prepare you!
How do I train for this?
Waves will be 5 minutes a part with one person per wave. Please register for your wave and show up a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your start time.
What time do I need to be there?
Bragging rights! What could be better?
Each registration will include B3 SWAG and will be will have some B3 goodies for the winner of each division!
