focuses on isolation & compound muscle training with higher weights and lower repetitions. This helps you build muscle strength, muscle mass, and preserves bone density.

is an endurance focused class that provides cardiovascular training. It will keep your heart rate high through low weight, high repetition exercises for maximized caloric burn. 


Tuesdays 6am, 8am, 12n, 5pm, 6:15pm

designed to help you BUILD your strength, BURN calories, and BALANCE with stretching and flexibility, hitting 3 types of exercise in one class, you'll leave feeling great.

is fast, explosive, and fun! This powerful class is all about functional movements performed at a higher intensity level combining strength and endurance.

is our take on Friday Fight Night, but it’s all day for us. Boxing that utilizes gloves, bags, and boxing drills to get you in the best shape of your life!

Saturdays 9am


is a little bit of everything throughout the week. On Saturdays, we combine functional fitness  and compound exercises to help you start your weekend feeling great!

Saturdays 10:15am

kids bootcamp

is here to get those kiddoes moving! We are a family oriented gym that believes exercise can start young. With games, exercises, and stretches our B3 kids look forward to their Saturday bootcamp!

is here to help you unwind and let go. Calm the mind and body with yoga every Sunday filled with stretching, breathwork, and mindset to take your fitness to a whole new level.

We have an easy to use platform to manage memberships and class sign-ups.

Just move. We will guide you every step of the way but the important part is that you're just moving.

The hardest part is showing up. We offer a variety of class times to make it convenient for you.

What levels do you work with?

All levels! We may have Bootcamp attached to our name but don't let that scare you. Bootcamp just stands for basic training and we focus on your needs and challenges as an individual no matter what level you are.

You must be at least 14 years old to partake in group fitness classes. 

Are there any contracts or sign up fees? 

Absolutely not! Your commitment to your fitness journey is yours. We are here to help you on this path but there are no hidden costs to join nor if you choose to end your membership with us.

Are your trainers certified?

We can guarantee you that when you walk through our doors, you are greeted by certified personal trainers and instructors who take their fitness education very seriously in order to offer you the best knowledge in your fitness journey.

What do I need to bring with me to my first class?

Good cross-training sneakers and a great attitude! Leave the rest to us. We offer water, towels, clean mats and all the equipment necessary in order to have a great workout!

Do you have offer consultations?

We value getting to know you one-on-one. If you have questions prior to joining us, we love the opportunity to sit with you and go over all your questions. Once you become a member, we offer a free 30-minutes assessment that gives us insight on you and your specific needs! We will then help you create a workout plan that will help you reach your goals!
