You do not have to be a member at B3 Bootcamp. This program is designed for all, regardless of location. We have designed this program for anyone who is wanting to better understand their nutrition and create lifelong healthy habits. Our program is entirely online with modules and Zoom calls.
What if I'm not a B3 member?
This program is designed for those who are ready to make a sustainable difference in their life.. Cognitively Well is perfect for anyone wanting to take control of their nutrition and lifestyle and work towards feeling their best everyday. You must be 18 or older to be in this program.
Who is this program for?
This course is not self-guided. You will have a coach the entire time and module will open on a weekly basis. You will be able to watch trainings on your own time and will have access to past modules throughout the entire program.
Is this a self-guided course?
There is no magic pill, lotion, or potion. You will start FEELING a difference quickly. You start SEEING a difference based on how much effort you put into the program, during and after. Everything in this program works, if you commit and stay consistent. Your results won't happen overnight but if you follow what's given to you, your results will be long-lasting.
